Michael Parks
Michael is the principal developer and architectural designer of real estate properties at MSP Design Development, a firm he has owned in Los Angeles since 2010. MSP properties and Michael’s work have been featured in numerous on-line and print publications. Michael’s career path has taken him from working in England’s House Of Commons to successful careers in architecture, music, film and television. Along the way, Michael has climbed the treacherous slopes of Mt. Everest, filmed inside the Russian Kremlin, negotiated with the President of Panama and worked on Oscar winning films. Michael is currently also the executive producer of Assertion Films, a company he owns with his wife, Katrina, a documentary film producer and director.
Mark Drabkin
A Yale graduate, Mark brings his talents to MSP after working at Goldman Sachs for more than 19 years, included time in their Tokyo, Hong Kong and New York offices. In 2010 he was named managing director with his last role at the firm being co-head of Latin America credit trading. Prior to that, he worked as a credit trader in various roles in New York, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. Along with English, he speaks Japanese, and he has passed all three levels of the CFA exam. Outside of his work at GS, he has significant experience investing in Asian and US real estate sectors and hedge funds. He currently lives in Hong Kong with his wife and three children.
John Vilina
With a 2010 degree from Cornell University, John brings 10 years of professional experience in the finance and real estate sectors to MSP Design Development. John began his career at Deutsche Bank where he was recruited to be an analyst. He quickly climbed the ranks which led him to be hired by Goldman Sachs followed by Morgan Stanley. In 2018 he became a partner at Tozai Wealth and COO at Season Two Ventures. Now at MSP he is able to combine his love of real estate and finance.
